Paradise

In celebration of our first anniversary and all the big changes that have occurred this year, we were fortunate to be able to spend a week in Seychelles.  I had heard wonderful things about Seychelles previously, and it always seemed like a place that was not quite real.  I can now attest that it is indeed real, but still somehow unbelievable.  It is one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen.

We spent most of our time on the island of LaDigue, which is so small you can easily get around by bike.  Although there are tourists around, none of the beaches are very crowded and the island still has a very unspoiled, untamed feeling.  "Easy" hikes often turned into adventures that included bouldering, conquering our fear of heights, and getting a bit lost.
